Personal Website Navigation Project

The goal of this project is to create a new navigation bar for your personal website.

  • Create the buttons in Photoshop Elements. Use the same methods you used for the buttons on your Academic Resume Website.
    • Begin with the widest word- usually academics.
    • An "up" and "over" button should be created for each page.
    • You decide on the size.
    • The buttons must use a high contrast color scheme, and have high readability.
    • The buttons must have beveled edges.
    • Show evidence of your excellent file management skills. This will be an important part of your evaluation and grade. Here is the required folder structure:

  • Create the navigation bar. Use the same methods you used for the navigation bar on your Academic Resume Website.
  • Add the new navigation bar to the Library of your personal Website.
  • Create a new row at the bottom of each page, and move your old text navigation to this row.
  • Drag your new navigation bar to the now empty row at the top of each page.
